Over 1250 recipes compiled, tested and edited by Anne Richards for the Roberts Dairy Company, Omaha, Nebraska. The Roberts Dairy Company was founded in 1906 when a farmer named J.R. Roberts started home delivery of milk from his herd of 60 dairy cows. In 1911, his operation became an incorporated company, the Roberts Dairy Company. In 1929, the current plant in Omaha began processing dairy foods, and in 2013 the company was acquired by Hiland Dairy.
